We say when you don't need a roof
A repair is a smaller ticket than a replacement. We'd rather do the honest repair and earn the referral than sell a roof you didn't need yet.
We don't do the deductible game
Texas law is clear that the deductible is yours to pay, and that a contractor can't absorb it. Anyone who offers is telling you how they'll behave on your roof.
We replace bad decking
The most common shortcut in roofing is nailing a new roof over soft sheathing because nobody will ever see it. We photograph it and replace it.
We clean up properly
Magnet passes over the driveway, yard and street. Roofing is messy work and the measure of a crew is what the property looks like when they leave.
We stay reachable
Three Texas offices with real local numbers. A warranty is only worth what the company behind it is worth in five years.

Texas runs no statewide roofing licence, so nobody vets a contractor for you before they are on your roof. That's exactly why these questions matter, and why a good contractor won't mind you asking.
- Ask for the physical address. Ours are published on this site — three Texas offices you can drive to.
- Ask for proof of insurance sent directly from the insurer, not a PDF from the salesperson.
- Check the BBB profile. Ours is A+ accredited and public.
- Read the Google reviews for the office that would actually do your job, not the company overall.
- Ask how long they've been at that address. We've been roofing Texas since 2005.
- Ask who is physically on your roof and who carries workers' comp on them.
Any contractor who gets defensive about those six questions has just answered them.
