Estimates are not prices
Nothing on this site is a quote, an offer, or a binding price. Figures, ranges and examples on this site are general information only. Every roof is different. A real price comes only from a written estimate after we have been on the actual roof, and it is only binding once both sides have agreed to it in writing.
Booking an inspection
Requesting an inspection books a visit, not the work. We will confirm the appointment with you. Either of us can reschedule — tell us as early as you can. Requesting an inspection does not create a contract for any work.
Storm damage and insurance
Select Roofing is a roofing contractor. We are not a licensed public insurance adjuster and we are not a law firm. We inspect the roof, document what we find, and give you a written estimate; you file the claim with your carrier and you decide what to do. Nothing on this site is insurance, legal or coverage advice, and nothing here is a promise about what your carrier will pay. Texas law requires you to pay your deductible, and we will not pay, waive or rebate it.
The chat assistant
The chat box on this site is an automated assistant, not a person, unless someone from our team joins the conversation and says so. It gives general information about roofing and helps you reach us — it does not price work, assess your roof, or tell you what your insurance will cover. Do not rely on it for a decision; rely on the inspection and the written estimate. Please do not type anything into it you would not want kept as part of your enquiry.
Photos you send us
You keep ownership of photos you send us. By sending them you give us permission to use them to assess and carry out your job. We will not publish them without asking you first. Only send photos you have the right to share.
Our content
The text, photographs, video, logo and design on this site belong to Select Roofing or are used with permission. Please do not copy or republish them without asking.
No warranty on the site itself
The site is provided “as is”. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every detail is current. This does not affect any warranty we give you in writing for actual work performed.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Select Roofing is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits our responsibility for work we actually perform under a signed estimate, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute belongs in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
