A leak you can see
Stain on the ceiling, drip in the attic, damp insulation. We find the actual entry point — which is often nowhere near the stain — and fix the cause, not the symptom.

Residential roofing — Texas
Replacement and repair with architectural shingles — built for Texas weather, installed to spec so the warranty holds, and cleaned up like we were never there.
What we do
Most homeowners call us for one of four reasons. Here's how each one usually goes.
Stain on the ceiling, drip in the attic, damp insulation. We find the actual entry point — which is often nowhere near the stain — and fix the cause, not the symptom.
Free inspection with photo documentation and a written estimate you can file alongside your insurance claim. See the storm page for how the claim process really works.
Brittle shingles, granules in the gutters, curling edges. We'll tell you honestly whether you're looking at this year or five more years.
A roof inspection ahead of a sale or a closing, with a written report you can hand to the other side.
What happens next
Five steps, and you decide at every one of them.
Tell us what you're seeing — a leak, missing shingles, an insurance letter, or just a roof you know is getting old. We'll set a time that works around your schedule.
An estimator walks the roof, photographs the condition, and checks the things homeowners can't see from the ground: flashing, valleys, pipe boots, decking, ventilation.
Line by line, in plain language, with the photos attached. If the roof has years left in it, we'll tell you that instead of selling you a new one.
Take the estimate to your spouse, your insurer, or another contractor. A real roof is a big decision and a good estimate survives a second opinion.
Materials staged, landscaping protected, magnet rolled over the whole property for nails. A final walkthrough with you before we call it done.
Repair or replace
The honest version. A good contractor talks you out of a roof at least as often as into one.
| Situation | Usually a repair | Usually a replacement |
|---|---|---|
| Age of roof | Well within its service life | At or past its expected life |
| Extent of damage | One area — a valley, a vent, a wind-lifted section | Damage spread across multiple slopes |
| Granule loss | Localized | Across the whole roof, bald patches showing mat |
| Leak history | First leak, clear cause | Third patch in two years |
| Decking | Sound underneath | Soft, sagging, or rotted in places |
| Insurance | Damage is often localized and may fall under your deductible | Damage is typically spread across multiple slopes |
If a contractor recommends full replacement without going in the attic or showing you photos from the roof, get a second opinion. That goes for us too.
Free inspection
That's what the inspection is for. We'll walk the roof, show you photos of what we find, and give you a written estimate — with no obligation and no pressure to decide on the spot.
Questions
Most homes are a single day of tear-off and install. Steeper or more complex roofs, or a lot of decking replacement, can push into a second day.
Yes — and we photograph it before it gets covered. Sheathing that's soft or delaminated gets replaced. Roofing over bad decking is the most common shortcut in this trade and it's exactly the thing you can't see once the shingles are on.
Same storm, same crew. We handle full exteriors, which means one schedule and one point of contact instead of coordinating three trades.
Ventilation matters more than the shingle color for most Texas homes. A properly balanced intake and exhaust system lets the attic dump heat instead of holding it — which also keeps the shingles from cooking from underneath.
